VitaniquePets accepts Visa and Mastercard through the Internet and telephone sales. We can also accept checks and money orders. Products will ship once the form of payment has been authorized and cleared.

Returns and Refunds
If you decide to return an unopened product for any reason, your credit card will be fully refunded or you will be sent a check in the event you have mailed us a check or money order for the order. Shipping charges are not refundable. All claims for shortages must be reported within 72 hours after receipt.

Please call us at 1-800-805-1841 to obtain a return authorization number. Return the product and a copy of the invoice within 30 days of purchase.
